Spring into NEW Classes

Spring is in the air and we have many NEW classes to try!

NEW Yoga class Wednesdays at 8am. It’s a great way to start off your day and breakup the mid week slump.

Booty Barre Class Thursdays at 9:15 am.   This Barre  class is a fusion of Pilates/Yoga/Ballet

packed into a fun filled cardio blasting hour.  You will definitely feel the burn!  For new clients the first

three classes are just 10.00 per class!

We are also offering MELT classes!  This Saturday March 23rd @ 10:15 am $ 15.00 per class (tax included )  we will be hosting a MELT class specific for Runners.

It’s designed to get you ready for your run and stretch you out after your run.  Space is limited, so please let us know if you are
